Well the weekend was fun. We played a good 6 person Settlers. I won by a long shot.... at least one point. Then Tiina, Dave, and I played Puerto Rico and, again, another stunning victory by myself. We went flying this morning with Clay and Clay did his best to turn them off from ever flying again. IT was a fun roller coaster though. Talk to everyone later.

I'm sorry to hear about Becky. I hope she feels better soon.
Things here are quietly creeping to spring. The sun came out yesterday and the snow is melting. Matilda and I rode our bikes this morning to her school and then I rode on to work. It takes me an hour that way, but the longest stretch is 40 minutes it takes to get Matilda to school. (By public transportation it takes 30 minutes to Matilda's school from when the bus comes to when we reach the school. It then take me 30 more minutes to get to work via bus and train; so I lose no time by bike. My home commute without Matilda should be much quicker than by public transportation.) The paths are melted enough though it was 0C this morning when we left.
Owen is himself. He draws a lot of cars and has added buses and tractors to his repetoir. They are really very good for a kid just over 2 and a half. He drew a building on the magna-doodle that Melina said was very good with lots of windows and such, but just as she looked at it, Owen said, "En osaa", and erased the evidence of it. He also recognizes "W"'s and always says "Luki Owen". He likes to write "O" followed by a squiggly line for his "W". Once he squiggled across the whole paper and said to me, "big duh-be".
I'm not sure if I'll pay baseball this year, but we should bike a lot this summer. One trip we're planning would take us from Ahvenanmaa to Kaskinen (about 400km) over ten days (so Matilda could ride herself). Owen loves bike rides. Another trip, in Estonia, would take a week and be about 700km, but without the kids. Melina's not too sure if she wants to do both trips in one summer, but we'll see.
Talk to you later...

Mark, when Tiina gets here, maybe Sunday night we need to have a Big Settlers Game. We can play 6 player. It will be fun. I get in early Saturday morning around 2 AM, so I will crash at Timo's and be ready for Topaz any time everyone wants to go. Talk to everyone soon.

I just got into Newark. It's a cold and miserable day. Too bad. It would've been fun to go into the city. I met a lady in the lobby who was on her way to Helsinki on SAS. She is doing some tour through Lapland, sounds fun. She was asking if the airport was closed. Its foggy and snowy out, but the airport is still open.

I had a great flight today. I flew from D.C. Dulles to Providence, RI. We flew past DC, Annapolis, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Manhatten, and then along the south shore of Long Island. It was a beautiful day. And then on the way back to D.C. I was literally Vectored (dierected by ATC) right around our old neighborhood in Fairfax. I could see our house on Moss Ranch Lane, we were close enough to see it clearly. It was funny, and then we were turned West and then back north right past my old Middle School and High School. It was fun.

Phoenix was great fun. Erek and I rented an economy car and ended up with a Convertible Mustang for the same price. We stayed with a friend, John Wittwer, who we had lived with in Atlanta. And then I went with Erek to the conference to sign up and have breakfast. We saw another guy named Eddie who had been in Atlanta with us. He is a Chiropractor now too. It was funny to run into him. It was an Atlanta convention.

Hello all. I am in St Louis for the night. We got in really early and I have a trip starting at 11:30 tomorrow so it is a long sit here.
We went go-karting at this new place in Orem. It was an indoor Electric Go Kart place. The Karts were actually pretty fast. It was a lot of fun.
