Well I am finishing up my short visit to Utah. It has been a while since I was home. I am only leaving for two days this trip. I have been flying with some great Captains lately and have had a lot of fun. -KJH Monday, January 26, 2004

I am in Atlanta again. I came here a few days ago to visit a friend and it was so fun I came back for another visit. This time I am at Paul's house. I went to the old airport I used to work at. There are a lot of new faces there, but same old same old otherwise. It was fun to see everyone. Paul has two children now and they live in Kennesaw near Ron. In fact, Paul and Ron both work at Blue Cross in Buckhead, GA. Anyway, talk to everyone later. I start a US Air trip on Saturday. That will be fun. See ya. -KJH Wednesday, January 21, 2004
Maybe it was colder in Utah, but the last few days have been pretty cold. It was -1F when I took Matilda to school this morning and is 9F now. Nothing is happening. I have a lot of work. Two major projects are approaching their pilot dates in a few weeks and I only now have received the info about what they want me to do. I'll be busy. Matilda's started skating at school now two hours a week. It's funny they assume your kids own skates. (Which Matilda does.) She lost her fifth tooth today. Owen is speaking more and more. That's funny. At least they didn't land at the wrong airport. Now that you've left, mom, the weather has been crisp and snowy. I guess that's all the snow Utah gets this year ;) Wednesday, January 14, 2004
Mom and I got home. I thought it was nice because we came home on Trans States for free. The pilots even extended a special welcome to Mom over the intercom as we approached St. Louis which caused her a little embarassment. It was fun. Mom was scared of how much the little ones shake, but I fly quite often on big and small ones and I thought it was perfectly normal. :) Anyway, we drove to Idaho and just got into Orem today. -KJH Tuesday, January 06, 2004
The snow in Utah is great. There is a lot on the ground. Up near Clays in Sandy there is at least a foot and a half in everyones yard. Also up north in syracuse the mailboxes are all barely poking above the pile of snow that has been plowed. I go to St. Louis tomorow, and then to Atlanta on Saturday to meet with some friends. I should see Mom on Monday in New York. That will be fun. -KJH |
